Bio

Doug Dahman was announced as the first women's flag football coach in Kansas Christian College history in October of 2023. Dahman played football, basketball, and ran track in in high school. He went on to run indoor track and play football at Central Missouri State winning MIAA Championships in 1983, 1986, and 1987. He earned All Defensive Back Honors in the MIAA in 1985 and was an All MIAA Tight End in 1987. 

Dahman has served as a teacher, coach, sponsor, activities/athletic director, assistant principal, principal and superintendent during the past 36 years. He has coached several sports including football, basketball, track, baseball, softball, volleyball and golf. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Missouri and a Master of Education degree from William Woods. Dahman is also recognized as an Educational Specialist in Administration. He has worked in several different school districts in his 36 year career most recently in the Midway R-1 Schools. 

Speaking on his hire, Coach Dahman had this to say, "To be able to be a part of starting and building a new program is beyond exciting, it is a special blessing. I have always had success wherever I have been, and I can offer strong leadership and support for the coaching staff and student/athletes alike. Building relationships with those involved and working collectively toward a program and athletes that glorify God."
