The Falcons men's basketball team dropped two games on their Texas trip this week. Kansas Christian took on NCAA Division I opponent Prairie View and NCCAA foe College of Biblical Studies on the road trip.
Prairie View would take the first victory from the Falcons in an exhibition game on Monday by a score of 89-66. Three Falcons scored in double figures with Oscar Traylor leading the way scoring 18 points. Traylor also had a team high eight rebounds. Isaac land added 16 points and Kaiden Hunter finished with 15 points. Hunter also had a team high four steals. The Falcons trailed by 10 at halftime and couldn't make up the difference in the second half.
On Tuesday, the Falcons faced off with College of Biblical Studies falling 81-79. Free throws in the final seconds would sink the Falcons hopes after a back and forth battle throughout the game. Four Falcons scored in double digits. Damon Werts had his season high with 19 points. Malik Martin and Kaiden Hunter finished with 16 points. Isaac Lane scored 12 points. Oscar Traylor led in rebounds with nine.
