After grabbing a big first half lead, the Falcons held on for an 82-81 win at Barclay to open up play in December. The win improved the Falcons to 3-4 on the season.
Kansas Christian built a 57-38 lead at the break, but Barclay roared back. The Falcons led the entire second half, but Barclay had the ball trailing by just one in the final seconds. The final shot would be no good giving the Falcons the win.
Four Falcons scored in double figures. Isaac Lane finished with a double-double behind 19 points and 15 rebounds. Damon Werts also scored 18 points to go wtih eight rebounds and five assists. Malik Martin put up 16 points and Brandon Anthony finished with 12 points. They each had six rebounds as well.
