Falcons Soccer Takes Down Spurgeon

The Kansas Christian men's soccer team evened their season record at 4-4 with a win over Spurgeon on Monday. The Falcons took a 4-2 victory over the Knights at Shceels Soccer Complex in Overland Park. Despite hosting some home games at Scheels, this time it was considered a road victory for the Falcons as Spurgeon was the host.

It was a cold and wet game on Monday with a significant wind that made conditions difficult, but the Falcons got three goals from Sian Tuang which was his first hat trick of the season. Tuang also had an assist. Abraham Atu scored the fourth goal while Abram Franco and Joao Sena both had assists as well.

The Falcons will travel to Moore, Okla. this weekend to take on #2 Randall at 1pm on Saturday. Randall is 7-3 on the season. Next week the men's soccer team will play their final game of the season at home against Union College on Wednesday, Oct. 20 at 3pm at Scheels Soccer Complex.
