Bio

Ken Perry was appointed head coach of the Kansas Christian College women’s basketball team on August 1, 2024. Coach Ken Perry has over 25 years of coaching experience at both high school and collegiate levels. 

He accepted an assistant coach position for men's basketball and women's softball at Kansas Christian College on August 1, 2022. Perry coached the men's varsity reserved team and assisted the varsity team as the defensive coach, achieving Regionals, ACCA, and NCCAA Division 2 National Championships. He also contributed to the success of the school's first-ever softball team, which finished in the NCCAA World Series. 

Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Perry began his coaching and education career in the Baton Rouge area and currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Perry is experienced in various aspects of coaching, direction of student/athletics, motivation, teaching, and team management. He has achieved multiple championships in football, basketball (both boys and girls), baseball, and softball, and has coached numerous sports at the high school level including flag-football, tackle-football, boys’/girls’ basketball, softball, baseball, volleyball, golf, tennis, soccer, cross country, track, and bowling.
