Kansas Christian women's volleyball took the trip to Nevada, Mo. on Tuesday night for an exhibition match at Cottey College. The Falcons would fall in the match 3-0.
Each set remained close before the Comets earned the victory. Daria Korovina led the Falcons with 10 assists and 11 digs. Sidnee Bergquist and Layne Shipley each had a team high four kills. Layla Dixon finished with seven digs and three kills. Receiving errors on serve cost the Falcons as they had 13 in the match.
The Falcons are in the middle of a three game stretch of exhibition matches. On Saturday, the Falcons will host Stephens College and Ottawa University for a triangular in Cowen Memorial Auditorium with the Falcons playing Stephens at 3pm and Ottawa at 7pm.
