The Falcons came out in the first set of the home opener with some grit and kept things close deep into the first set until Central Christian College of the Bible went on a run towards the end of the set to take it 25-16. That would end up being the best set of the night for Kansas Christian as the Saints topped the Falcons 25-12 and 25-9 in the final two sets of the evening.
Jo-Annie Rodriguez had eight kills, five digs, and an ace. Rylie Kroesen and Amirah Schneiderwind each had five assists. Brennah Filtingberger led the team in digs with six.
The women's volleyball team gets right back into action tonight in a road match at Tabor College.
